Private Yoga
Private yoga sessions offer you the opportunity to work on a specific concern, area of the body, or practice that you would like more in-depth instruction on. The practice will be designed around your specific goals, and you will be able to ask as many questions as you want!
Because of the one-on-one nature of the session I will be able to offer specified cues, assists, and hands-on adjustments as you move through the practice. If you are not comfortable with hands-on assists that is perfectly ok! I will still be able to verbally cue you through detailed alignment within the poses so that your body can come to feel its best in each position.
A written copy of your practice will be available by request.
This offering is available in person, or via Zoom, and will last 60 minutes.
